Obligations of the Tutor

1. The Tutor is contracted independently to provide his/her services to the Company.
2. This agreement shall not be construed as a contract of employment; the Tutor shall not be an employee of the Company.

4. The Tutor will be free to do any other work of their choice, provided there is no conflict of interest.
